The Deeper Journey (Kick-off Retreat: September 18-19, 2010 @ Pine Trails Camp) Have you ever had the following thoughts run through your mind? ❖ “I want to really know and experience God in my life...there’s got to be more!” ❖ “I would love to have some brothers in the Lord walk with me...” ❖ “I could sure use some support and accountability...” ❖ “I’d sure like to build a stronger marriage, be a better father...” ❖ “I’ve had the desire to grow spiritually...I’m just not sure exactly how to go about it...” ❖ “I’ve got this sense that the Lord has called me to serve others more...but I’m not sure what it means...” ❖ “I know I should be sharing my faith more than I do...but I’m a bit afraid of how to do that...” If so, we have some Great News for you! "The Deeper Journey" is just for you. What is “The Deeper Journey”? it is a combination of many things--each of which is carefully designed to help you hear and experience God’s call more fully in your life. The “steps” of “The Deeper Journey” include the following: ❖ Regular large group gatherings throughout the year. (This meeting should have a name) Each Gathering will include... ❖ Great food! ❖ Hanging out with other men on the same journey ❖ Inspirational music and worship ❖ World-class teaching from a variety of spiritual growth leaders ❖ Personal testimonies from your peers ❖ Peer mentoring through the "Man 2 Man 2 Man" regular connections ❖ The annual "Selah" retreat that will help launch you on your own path of discovery, growth and service.
