Chad Schreur is the Director of Adult Discipleship. He organizes and facilitates with other volunteers the various adult discipleship opportunities at Hillcrest.
Chad currently is serving in this role part time, joining staff in March 2020, in addition to his role as a Quality Manager. Chad and his wife Kim have been members at Hillcrest since 1991 and he has been active in small groups and other leadership roles.
Chad loves God, loves his family, works hard at the tasks God gives him and enjoys reading, biking, boating, camping and making disciples.
Chad is grateful for the people God used to teach him about Christ, how to live in the power of the Holy Spirit, and to enjoy the rich treasure of abiding in Christ. He is passionate about helping others more deeply experience the fullness of God’s love and His Spirit’s equipping for their life, and to share the Good News of the Gospel with others.
Chad’s prayer is that each of us know God’s truth and love clearly and share it with others –
“so then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened by the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” (Colossians 2:6-7)
